Shipping Policies

$8.00 handling fee

When placing orders from clocklord.com your merchandise will be shipped from the manufacturer within 24 hours after orders are received at the manufacturer. All merchandise will be shipped via UPS.  Please note, UPS charge an additional fee for oversized packages.

During holiday periods due to high quantity of orders, please allow 3 - 4 business days for shipping.

We appreciate your business and it is our desire to provide you with your merchandise in a timely manner.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal here at clocklord.com. Our aim is to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. It is our wish that your experience with us is an enjoyable one and that you are completely satisfied with your merchandise.

All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer for one year from date of purchase. We are requesting that you inspect  the goods upon delivery and notification should be given within 10 days of receipt.   If you are not satisfied with the product due to malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer. In many cases the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone.

If return is necessary, the product must be in the original packaging with UPC or bar code intact, and in condition to be resold. Customer is solely responsible for all return shipping cost.  Please note additional information from Infinity Instruments: 

Infinity Instruments assumes no responsibility for merchandise returned without an authorization number from our office. Claims for loss or damage should be made directly with the delivery carrier. Defective merchandise may be returned to Infinity ONLY WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To make a return, call Infinity’s customer service department at 888-346-9544 and request a return authorization (RA) number. All other requests to return merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped freight prepaid.

Products that are returned incomplete or damaged - if accepted - will require a deduction of cost. The deduction is final.

Backorder Policy

Our goal is to get you your products as quickly as we can and as soon as they are available.
If an item is on backorder, customers will receive an e-mail letting them know an estimated arrival time. Orders can be canceled at that time or customers may choose to wait for the product. Backorders remain active for only 30 days.   We are bound by our suppliers.  In some instances, our suppliers have made their backorder policies plan.  If the merchandise is less than $75.00, these orders will be cancelled.  Any order above $75.00 will be filled when merchandise becomes available.

If backorders are not filled within 30 days, they automatically cancel. Customers will be e-mailed 5 days prior to the backorder is scheduled to cancel to ask if an extension is desired. At that time, the customer may extend the backorder. Extension periods vary by product.

Due to the backorder process, we will credit back to customer account if cancelled.

Damaged Goods Policy

In case your merchandise is malfunctioning or seems to be defective, we will do our best to help you obtain technical support from the manufacturer.

If merchandise is damaged beyond repair upon arrival, please contact us immediately and obtain information to return product to manufacturer. Merchandise must be in the original packaging with UPC or bar code intact. Replacement items will be shipped immediately upon receipt or if customer chooses, a refund will be credited to account.
